Affiliate programme terms

By joining the InkeepX affiliate programme you agree to the terms below. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page is always the one that applies.

How commission is calculated

When a business you referred makes a qualifying payment, we work out your commission as a percentage of that payment in Naira. The current rate and which payments qualify are shown on your affiliate dashboard.

Commission is calculated on the Naira value of the payment. If a customer is billed in another currency, we convert to Naira first, so what you earn does not depend on the currency they happened to pay in.

The ₦100,000 maximum per referred business

The most any single referred business can ever earn you is ₦100,000. This is a total, not a per-payment limit: once a business has earned you ₦100,000 across all of its payments, it earns you nothing further.

Where a calculated commission would take a referral past ₦100,000, it is automatically reduced to whatever is left under the cap. If the remaining amount is zero, no commission is recorded.

There is no limit on how many businesses you may refer, and no limit on your total earnings. Five referred businesses that each reach the cap earn you ₦500,000.

Approval and adjustments

Every commission is reviewed before it is approved. We may correct an amount before approval — for example where a payment was refunded or partly reversed, where a referral was recorded in error, or to hold a commission to the ₦100,000 cap.

Any correction is recorded with a reason against the commission, and both the original and corrected figures remain visible on your dashboard. A commission that has already been paid out is never changed.

When a commission is not earned

• The referred business has not made a payment, or the payment failed or was refunded.
• The business was already an InkeepX customer, or was not attributed to your referral link at sign-up.
• The referral has already reached its ₦100,000 ceiling.
• The payment falls outside the qualifying payments shown on your dashboard.
• The referral is self-referral, or the account was created to claim commission rather than to use InkeepX.

Withdrawals

Approved commission builds an available balance. You can request a withdrawal once that balance is at or above the minimum shown on your dashboard, and we pay it to the bank account on your affiliate profile — so please keep those details accurate.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment. We may place a request on hold while we check the referrals behind it.

Fair use

The programme rewards genuinely introducing InkeepX to businesses that will use it. Spam, misleading claims about what InkeepX does, bidding on our brand name in paid search, or creating accounts to claim commission are not permitted, and we may cancel unpaid commission and close an affiliate account where they occur.

Changes to these terms

We may change the commission rate, the qualifying payments, the ₦100,000 cap or the minimum withdrawal at any time. Changes apply to commission earned after the change; commission already approved is not revised.
